25 Latino-owned & Latino-led marketing agencies in Chicago

Chicago has no shortage of marketing agencies. But when we first put together a list of Latino-owned and Latino-led agencies in the area, we noticed something: many of the firms doing great work weren't necessarily the ones showing up when you searched for them.

That hasn't changed.

If anything, Chicago's Latino creative community has gotten bigger, more specialized and more interesting.

Some agencies on this list have been around for decades and work with major national brands. Others are independent studios, specialized agencies and emerging firms doing great work without a massive digital footprint.

That's exactly why we wanted to update our list for Latino-Owned & Latino-Led Marketing Agencies in Chicago

This isn't a ranking. Different agencies bring very different strengths to the table. Instead, consider this a starting point for organizations looking for Latino-owned and Latino-led creative, marketing, advertising, communications and digital partners throughout Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.

Our work spans brand strategy and development, graphic design, video production, animation, web development, content, event branding and creative, and marketing strategy.

We also bring experience from both general-market and Hispanic-market advertising. That allows us to help organizations communicate with Latino audiences without treating Latino marketing as a separate box to check.

Chicago's Latino Creative Community Is Bigger Than 25 Agencies

Twenty-five sounds like a lot.

It isn't.

One of the biggest things we discovered while updating this article is how many Latino creatives, strategists, designers, developers, content creators and consultants are operating businesses that don't necessarily call themselves "marketing agencies."

Some are two-person studios.

Some primarily work in Spanish.

Some built their businesses almost entirely through referrals and barely show up on Google.

Some specialize in a single discipline such as social media, video, PR, experiential marketing, web development or branding.

And some may be building Chicago's next major agency right now.

That's worth paying attention to.

Chicago's Latino business community isn't one audience, and its creative community isn't one type of agency.

There are firms built to manage major national campaigns and others built to give a neighborhood entrepreneur the first professional brand they've ever had.

There are Latino agencies marketing specifically to Latino audiences, and there are Latino-owned agencies serving the general market.

Those aren't the same thing. Both belong in the conversation.

And that's one of the biggest reasons we wanted to update this list.

Did We Miss Someone?

Probably.

That's part of why we're keeping this list open.

If you own or know of a Latino-owned or Latino-led marketing, advertising, branding, design, communications, PR, digital, social media or creative agency in Chicagoland, we'd like to hear about them.

Send us the agency name, website or social profile and a little information about what they do.

We'll continue updating this guide as Chicago's Latino creative community grows.

Because sometimes the right agency for the job isn't the one sitting at the top of Google.

You just have to know they're out there.
