Founded in 2002, the Illinois Legislative Latino Caucus Foundation is a non-partisan 501(c)(3) that fuels the next generation of Latiné leadership through scholarships, board-readiness programs, and the long-running Raíces Public Policy Conference—altogether awarding more than $1 million in tuition support while advancing equity-focused legislation statewide. Yet most of that impact was recorded in technical papers and internal decks that seldom reached students, donors, or policymakers beyond Springfield. ILLCF asked Headturn Creative to translate its research and success stories into a cohesive, visually driven narrative that could move hearts as effectively as it moves policy.

Developed annual impact report (print + interactive) – Re-engineered a 24-page report into a data-forward magazine featuring infographics, scholarship spotlights, and bilingual executive summaries.
