What you’ll do

  • Write and adapt copy for websites, campaigns, e-blasts, social, and print

  • Translate and transcreate English ↔ Spanish with cultural fluency

  • Develop headlines, CTAs, and messaging frameworks that convert and connect

  • Collaborate with designers and art directors so copy and visuals land together

  • Maintain voice consistency across multiple brands and audiences


You’ll thrive here if you

  • Are fully bilingual (English/Spanish) and can prove it in your samples

  • Know the difference between translation and transcreation

  • Can write short, punchy social copy and longer web copy with structure

  • Love tightening copy: fewer words, stronger impact

  • Can match tone: professional, warm, bold, community-rooted

  • SEO-friendly web writing (without sounding like a robot)

  • Nonprofit/community development or public-facing program messaging experience
