What you’ll do
Write and adapt copy for websites, campaigns, e-blasts, social, and print
Translate and transcreate English ↔ Spanish with cultural fluency
Develop headlines, CTAs, and messaging frameworks that convert and connect
Collaborate with designers and art directors so copy and visuals land together
Maintain voice consistency across multiple brands and audiences
You’ll thrive here if you
Are fully bilingual (English/Spanish) and can prove it in your samples
Know the difference between translation and transcreation
Can write short, punchy social copy and longer web copy with structure
Love tightening copy: fewer words, stronger impact
Can match tone: professional, warm, bold, community-rooted

Nonprofit/community development or public-facing program messaging experience
Ability to interview stakeholders and pull real stories out of them
