What you’ll do

  • Design social graphics, flyers, pitch decks, event collateral, and brand assets

  • Build layouts that read clearly and feel elevated

  • Create reusable templates and systems (so the brand scales without breaking)

  • Prep files for print and digital without last-minute chaos

  • Collaborate with the team to translate creative direction into polished deliverables


You’ll thrive here if you

  • Have a portfolio that shows strong layout, typography, and consistency

  • Can move quickly while keeping quality intact

  • Understand brand guidelines and can also improve them

  • Communicate progress, ask smart questions, and take feedback like a pro


Tools we live in
Adobe CC (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), and whatever helps the work ship clean.


Bonus points

  • Basic motion skills (After Effects, Premiere, or animated social)

  • Experience with UX/UI Design

  • Bilingual design sensibility (English/Spanish layouts that feel natural)
