Overview

What you’ll do

  • Lead visual direction across campaigns, brands, and content systems

  • Turn strategy into concepts, and concepts into comps people can’t stop staring at

  • Provide clear, actionable feedback that makes the work better (not just different)

  • Keep brand consistency tight across platforms and deliverables

  • Collaborate with producers, writers, designers, and clients to bring the vision home


You’ll thrive here if you

  • Have a strong portfolio with real range: brand, digital, campaign, and layout

  • Can pitch ideas confidently and back them up with reasoning

  • Think in systems (not just single assets)

  • Know when to push and when to simplify

  • Care about craft and clarity equally


Tools we live in
Adobe CC (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro), and whatever helps the work ship clean.


Bonus points

  • Motion/animation direction experience

  • Video-first thinking (storyboards, title cards, social cutdowns)

  • Experience working with nonprofits, community orgs, or mission-driven  or Latino brands
