Keep brand consistency tight across platforms and deliverables
Collaborate with producers, writers, designers, and clients to bring the vision home
You’ll thrive here if you
Have a strong portfolio with real range: brand, digital, campaign, and layout
Can pitch ideas confidently and back them up with reasoning
Think in systems (not just single assets)
Know when to push and when to simplify
Care about craft and clarity equally
Tools we live in
Adobe CC (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro), and whatever helps the work ship clean.
Bonus points
Motion/animation direction experience
Video-first thinking (storyboards, title cards, social cutdowns)
Experience working with nonprofits, community orgs, or mission-driven or Latino brands
